—and excited—to announce this project that we’ve been developing alongside our community for many months.

In partnership with the International Servant Leaders Museum, and made possible through DCASE’s Neighborhood Access Grant and We Like Clean, this initiative will celebrate the important work of historical and present-day leaders, neighbors, heroes, changemakers, and disruptors. We will share the stories of people who have devoted their time, energy, and patience to uplifting their communities, amplifying overlooked voices, and advocating for the rights, well-being, and dignity of others.

Through three months of the interactive exhibition complete with workshops, classes, guest speakers, conversations, roundtables, celebrations, food, art, and more, we will bring our space to life and invite Chicagoans to gather, connect, and learn from one another. We’ll also highlight local residents who are creating positive change right now, helping us explore what it truly means to be a servant leader and how each of us can make an impact in our communities.
